Wishing You All a Happy 4th of July ! Our family loves to celebrate with the traditional cook out, watermelon and homemade ice cream. And of course, the BIG finale of the day is watching an awesome fireworks show. But nothing says “Happy 4th of July” more than making some special projects using Red, White & Blue with Cricut Explore. Pssst…all the images in the graphic above are actually Cricut images in Cricut Design Space.
Did you know the Cricut Explore cuts over 60 different materials ? It not only cuts cardstock to fabric to leather and fabric but much more too. To see all 60+ materials Cricut Explore cuts, click on this link to download the Cricut Explore Cutting Guide Chart PDF I share with my followers.
I just LOVE how cleanly the Cricut Explore cuts Glitter and even Intricate Cardstock cuts just as easily. Some great examples would be these cards I made.
And the Metallic Foil Cardstock cut wonderfully too that I used to line “of the Brave”. The Home of the Brave card is image #M382D4 in Cricut Design Space. It is on the Simple Holiday Cards cartridge which can be purchased HERE.
And every letter of the Patriotic card cut out perfectly in cardstock. I then lined each of the words with different colors and materials to really make the words pop on the card. This card is image #M101176 and is one of many great cards on the exclusive Close To My Heart Artfully Sent Cartridge sold by CTMH Consultants only. You can purchase Close to My Heart Artfully Sent Cricut Cartridge in my CTMH shop @ debbieoneal.ctmh.com. Note: If you purchase the CTMH Artfully Sent Cartridge from me, I will email you a BONUS Cricut Explore Artfully Sent Cutting Guide.
What are your family traditions for 4th of July celebrating ? Did you create anything special for 4th of July with your Cricut Explore ?
If you make a project, I’d love to see it! Please share in our Facebook Group Community where you will find others sharing their projects, tips and inspiration.
